No matter how long you’ve consciously been on your spiritual journey/path – whether just starting out or you’ve been at this for DECADES – it’s an on-going process. There is ALWAYS something (some new information – like the benefits of Tapping) new to learn and/or integrate.
Maybe that’s why I’m so hesitant to view myself as an “expert” or even a “spiritual teacher” because I’m ALWAYS learning new aspects of this human experience – who I AM, my place within it and how best to navigate this path.
Someone once told me – where this is concerned – I have no more to learn.
Truly, if that were the case, I don’t feel I would still be among the living because I DO equate learning and growing with living. If there was nothing more… like a spent blossom, I would die.
I don’t believe there is anything to fear, though. This path we’re on, I don’t believe it’s linear. Rather, it’s more like a spiral.
In my experience… we never completely learn something. Rather, we learn it once before coming back around to it again and again. Each time, we learn some new aspect, some new nuance of the original lesson.
Last week I participated in this year’s World Tapping Summit. My first, and I got SO much out of it!
While I’ve known of the benefits of EFT/Tapping for many years now, I just couldn’t get myself to embrace it. Why? I’m not sure. But – between my dear friend, Karen Dugan (Spirit of the Sands) and participating in the summit – I’m all fired up about it.
Last week I tapped so much that my tapping points are sore!

No, I haven’t worked through it. Remember that whole block to Tapping thing? But I DO plan to work through it SOON.
Right now I’m working through The Tapping Solution to Manifesting Your Greatest Self by Nick Ortner. I’m currently on Day #5. (If you would like to read more detailed accounts of my journey through this book, please consider becoming a Patron.)
Let me say… this is an AWESOME book! As I said, I’m only on Day #5, but I highly recommend it! It is definitely an investment in yourself.
It quite reminds me of a course, rather than “just some book I picked up on Amazon”. Not only do you get the wisdom, teachings and Tapping scripts within, but Nick also provides the reader with links to recorded versions of the Tapping meditations.
If you’re anything like me – not wanting to do Tapping because you never know what to say – this is a GREAT way to get started, to develop confidence.
Tapping is not difficult, though, it can seem rather intimidating at first. Believe me when I say, “I know!” But the benefits are HUGE.
Through Tapping, we are able to reprogram beliefs, emotions, and the feelings/emotions that go with them!
I meant it when I said this book is an investment.
Please let me know if you give it a go and what you get out of it.
I’m always just a message away.
Until next time, my friend, may ALL be well in your world.
